Practices:
- Planning / Planning: study of diamond optimization, use of Sarine software, marking of cutting planes and observation windows;
- Cutting: traditional saws and CNC Laser Green Diamond Cutting Machine;
- Pre Thinning Waist / Initial Bruting;
- Preparation / Blocking: work of the 8 main crown facets and 8 breech facets that occur in different directions due to the atomic structure of thethe Diamond;
- Waist thinning / final bruting: traditional lathes and Bruting Diamond Machine MEC;
- Adaptation to the cutting plate;
- Faceting and Polishing transformation into Brilliant cutting / Brillianteering: working with new facets
(Pavilion 8 fundamental facets + 16 lower half facets)
(Crown 8 fundamental facets + 8 stars + 16 upper half facets)
- Quality Control of the cut: verification of proportions, symmetry and polishing: traditional method and application of Sarine.
